I'm a TV writer who has worked for Warner Bros. Television. Some of my past credits include, YOUNG SHELDON, THE BIG BANG THEORY, FUTURAMA, FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS, and MALCOM IN THE MIDDLE. I published a book of philosophy called "Does Santa Exist: A Philosophical Investigation". I am investigating comedy and philosophy, and sometimes doing some comedy, and some fantasy.
As for me – I wish I had enough brains to offer a meaningful comment for your latest philosophical questions as they have occupied my mind. Well, I don’t. All I know is what Socrates already knew in his days.
The first thoughts after reading a post don’t make for great comments – “Oh my god, this is amazing” “Whoa, I never thought of it like that!”
I’m also probably concerned about sounding dumb. Which is dumb. I had just been writing a comment on the Jokes and Paradoxes post, but abandoned it because I thought my word choices sounded stupid. Which is stupid. It shall be abandoned no more! But I will (try to) abandon my efforts to “craft” a reply and just write what I think, yo. I bet it would help if I gave myself a time limit. I’m really excited about this blog. I’ve been looking up all sorts of brand new ideas. I’m excited to read more posts.
Another previously un-posted thought about your blog – I’m really excited because of the endless things I’ll need to look up to understand your references and excited to follow up “Whoa, I never thought of it like that!” with “Ok, let me think about this.”
These are a few of my favorite things (to do).
Time limit exceeded. OMG Best ever. Yeah, I said it.

I agree, and I’m glad you brought it up. Children seem to be much better at responding honestly and spontaneously. Now I am more guarded. My world is narrower. Arienne wrote above that all she knows is what Socrates already knew in his days. If only we insisted upon such ignorance, and educated ourselves in becoming so ignorant!
