The average man tells himself four lies before getting out of bed in the morning.

Anger in a man who makes promises is an ape in a zoo

Most men wouldn’t know they were alive if they had no pain

Silence is also a lie

    I don’t understand this. Sometimes I think that a good way to write poetry is to find a book and choose a random sentence every ten pages and then stick them together, leaving a vague feeling of continuity but allowing the reader to recreate the content. I’ve never tried it because I’m not a poet, but is that how your wrote this?
