The most thought-provoking think is we still don’t know how to think

That’s true.
Questions:
Is the most walk-provoking thing that we still don’t know how to walk? Is thinking special?
And
How will we know when we are finally thinking?

  1. shanestranahan says:

If we don’t know how to think about thought now, then aren’t we limited in our ability to know what thinking ‘right’ is like? How limited?

…but since we don’t know what thinking ‘right’ is like, and therefore don’t know how far along the (perhaps not inevitable) path to thinking ‘right’ we’ve walked (or thought) so far, don’t we also not know how limited we are? How can we know the limits of our thoughts, by the mechanism of limited thought? Is there any other metric?

Is there such a thing as ‘veracity of imagination’?
